OUR VACATION PLANNING PROCESS
- We add value by working with our clients to clarify and answer:
1. Why do they want/need a vacation?
2. What type, or kind, of vacation, is envisioned? (land, sea, adventure, cultural, etc)
3. When do they want to travel?
4. With whom do they want to travel?
5. Where do they want to travel? Why?
6. Where have they previously vacationed?
7. What are their financial constraints?
- We use the proprietary travel planning tools created by Cruise Planners- as well as our own travel experience- to research and match client wants and needs with world-class travel providers, make recommendations, secure client buy-in, and then book the vacation.
- We monitor the timeline prior to departure, and during the vacation, to keep our clients informed and prepared for whatever they need to know that could impact their vacation.
- We standby for the client while they are away in the event of any problems and follow up when the client returns home to assess their experience.
