I've traveled to 25 countries on four continents; primarily in Europe and Asia but I want to continue to deepen my experience and share my gained knowledge, and hopefully, some wisdom, to be helpful in planning your travels. I am a retired Corporate Executive and an Entrepreneur. In the years we have been traveling I have spent the most time in Italy, France and the UK but I am most proud of having spent time in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. When I talk about how travel is mind-opening I always tell the story of touring the Forbidden City in Beijing with a guide who pointed out a building that had burnt down in 1450. I replied in wide-eyed wonder, “That was before Columbus!” and she said, “Who is Columbus?”. No question, we can all use more travel!
