Forest Gump was right, "s_it happens".

But it can't happen on the day you leave your residence for a long-planned, expensive overseas vacation. I literally just came across a frantic travel advisor who is reaching out online for help because her client can't find her passport and they are leaving for the airport TODAY for vacation in Greece. Her client is likely going to have a very bad day.

I suppose the best solution to this problem is not to let it happen. How to do that? We need two tools.

I think we will create and send out a "30-Day Pre-Trip Planning Checklist" a month before departure.

It will be a simple tool to bring into focus tasks that must get done before leaving. Stuff like: 1- Update Rx supply, 2- Buy travel-size toiletries, 3- Passport, 4- shoe repair, 5- etc, etc, etc. (Think James Bond interfacing with Q before leaving on his adventures)

We will also create a "Checklist To Review Before You Close the Door, Exit Your Home and Get Into the Uber" for our clients. Ya know, big bold letters and a short list that starts with.............. 1- PASSPORT SECURE, 2- Paper tickets secure, 3- digital copies of passport and tickets made and sent to my own email address, 4- etc......... and gets taped to your door for final review before you exit.
