This restaurant is actually on the itinerary we put together for clients who want to visit Puglia. The restaurant's name is
and it is in the town of Polignano a Mare; just south of Bari. It is the restaurant of a hotel with the same name, Grotta Palazzese.
It is on our bucket list for 2024. Who wants to travel with us?
