This is a video we found on YouTube about Talkeetna, Alaska.

Talkeetna is about halfway between Anchorage and Denali, making it a great place to get off the Dome train for a day or two when you are heading in either direction. When we plan what we call the Alaska Grand Tour (e.g. a cruise of the Inland Passage plus an excursion to Denali) we recommend stopping in Talkeetna for a day and taking the Glacier Landing Flight from Talkeetna.
