About a Spa Vacation

A Spa Vacation in Switzerland or Italy
We received an email today from the marketing firm of a spa in Italy to introduce us to their facility. It made us think about the enjoyment we've had at our spa experiences.
In the mid-1990's I was part of the team that brought the Pritikin approach to health and wellness to spas Los Angeles and Scottsdale, AZ. We've also had the opportunity to experience the Canyon Ranch spa in Tucson and the Boulders in Scottsdale.
Spas are great.
Here is the spa we were introduced to today; the Palazzo Fiuggi, about an hour outside of Rome
That reminded me of a bucket list item to stay at the Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort. This is the spa where the great film director Paolo Sorrentino shot "Youth" (We would highly recommend it- especially if you are over 35)

And then there is La Reserve in Geneva and Victoria-jungfrau in Interlaken which we have reviewed for clients.
