I just want to second the wonderful review Jay Y. gave to our recent barge trip on the Burgundy canal arranged for our group by Jacqui and Larry Appell. It was a marvelous trip in every way. The crew was outstanding in their courtesy, readiness to help, and professionalism. We were served memorable food and wine each and every day. And the barge and cabin were just lovely--beautifully appointed and surprisingly spacious and comfortable. A fabulous time all around.

Larry and Jacqui helped our group of eight to organize our barge cruise vacation in France. They worked with us to identify when we would go, on which barge, and on which itinerary. Jacqui and Larry were knowledgeable and professional and provided timely support when required. The trip was excellent. The barge was indeed a floating 5 Star hotel, the six-person crew was incredible, the food was great and the wine was just as great. It was a memorable vacation with good friends that created lifetime memories. We look forward to working with Jacqui and Larry again to plan our next vacation and highly recommend them as travel advisors. Larry and Jacqui recently helped us plan a trip to Denali and they secured our train tickets, Denali hotel and bus trip into Denali National Park.Their knowledge of Alaska was extremely helpful. We hope to work with them on future travel.

We decided to take our 4 adult children, spouses, and granddaughter on a family vacation to Beaches in Turks and Caicos. After working with one of Beaches sales reps we were unable to get a reservation in the concierge rooms. After meeting with Larry and Jacqui and providing them with all our wishes they went to work on making this family vacation a dream come true.
Within 24 hours, they were able to reserve us the concierge rooms we had wanted and at a better price than the regular rooms that Beaches offered us!! Needless to say, the entire family was ecstatic and looked forward to our June 2021 family vacation.
Larry made sure he had all our critical due dates for this trip on his calendar so he could remind us about payments, paperwork, etc. In February 2020 our vacation was set for June 2021.
By January 2021 our family realized that due to the pandemic we would not travel internationally. An email was sent to Larry and by the end of the day, he informed us that Beaches would refund our down payment within a month- which they did. So, although we were never able to take this vacation due to the pandemic, we are looking forward to one day working with Larry and Jacqui again. Their attention to detail, knowledge of what their clients want/need, and willingness to explore and find the best accommodations at the best price is why we will use them for our next vacation.
